Before joining the agency, Tammy built a strong foundation in business and customer service while working at her father, Grover Adkins' automobile dealership. She brings that experience and a passion for people to her role every day.

A dedicated advocate for education, Tammy is committed to supporting local students and strengthening educational opportunities throughout the region. She has proudly supported the Graduate of Merit scholarship program since its inception, reflecting her belief that investing in education is an investment in the future of the community.
