Channing joined RJB Agency in 2023 to work alongside her father-in-law, Bob. Prior to joining RJ Baldwin Agency, Channing attended Michigan State University, where she graduated with honors. After college, Channing attended Elon University School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctorate in 2014. Upon passing the North Carolina State Bar in 2014, Channing served as international corporate compliance counsel for a Fortune 500 Company. After marrying her husband (R. Colby Warren) in 2022, Channing began to take an interest in financial services, leading to join Bob in the “family” business in 2024. In May 2023, Channing expanded her role to better serve the financial needs of the region by offering investment products and related services to individuals and local businesses. In servicing the clients of RJ Baldwin Agency, she draws from her extensive background in tax regulations and financial services. Growing up with a mother who worked in the education system, Channing especially enjoys assisting the educators and staff of Pittsylvania County, Danville City, and Halifax County Schools with their retirement and investing strategies.

When Channing is not meeting with clients, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, R. Colby Warren, their sons, James and Asher (who occasionally serves as entertainment within the office), and dog, Trooper.
